When will you dispatch my order?
Orders are generally dispatched the next day except on weekends and public holidays when they are shipped on the next work day.
Why didn't I receive my confirmation email?
If you did not receive your order confirmation, then you may need to check your spam filter.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver worldwide via registered mail and orders generally arrive within 14 days however we ask that you allow up to 28 days. Delivery times often depend on your country's postal service and custom clearance.
Is the quality the same as my local pharmacy?
All products are shipped in original sealed packaging with long expiry dates.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is only $10 per order and for orders above $200 it is free!
How do I pay?
We accept Mastercard and Visa. We will soon offer other payment methods.
How much can I buy at one time?
We ask that you limit your orders to $500 or less and please do not order more than 3 months worth of medicine.
Do you offer any discounts on bulk orders?
Most of our poducts are sold with different pack sizes and larger pack sizes will deliver savings.
What happens if I do not receive my order?
If your order does not arrive then please email us via our "Contact Us" page and include your order number. You can also call us on our toll free number 1-888-801-8182 and we will call you back within 24 hours. If your order is lost, we will offer to refund you in full or reship the order free of charge.

Where are your products manufactured?
We purchase pharmaceuticals from wholesalers around the world. This includes most popular brand name and FDA approved generic versions from India, New Zealand, Europe and Australia.
Do you sell border controlled medicines such as Valium or Modalert?
No! We wholeheartedly refuse to sell any controlled substances and will ignore any such requests.

Why does the medicine I received look different to the picture on your website?
All of our generics are sourced from FDA approved manufacturers and are interchangeable. The actual compound will match your order however if you are unhappy then feel free to return your order for a full refund.
What should I do if my order is seized by my local customs authority?
You should go to your local customs with your prescription and they will release your order.
As we are not shipping controlled medication, the likelihood of your order being seized is very low.
Can I return my order for a full refund?
Yes! If you are not happy with your order then please return the unopened box to us and we will refund you.
Does your medication come with English instructions?
Some of our medication is sourced from non-English speaking countries within the EU and in those cases we will try and include English instructions.
