Returns
Within 7 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition (unworn with original packaging and tags attached) for a credit or full refund less shipping costs. Send us an email via our Contact Us page quoting your name, reference number and reason for return. Any return courier or postage charges are at your own expense .We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Delivery
Delivery is only $10 and if your order is more than $200 in value, then delivery is FREE! Orders placed Monday to Friday will be shipped within 24hrs of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays will be shipped within 48hrs or the next working day.
We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using registered airmail and US orders can be tracked online at http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm .Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
